My visit to your office on 05-08-20XX

Sir

This has reference to my personal visit to your office in connection with the pending recognition of Vidya Niketan, Nuh.

I waited for quite some time as you were not on your seat. Meanwhile I requested your PA to seek a personal meeting.

I was annoyed to know that you refused to meet me for reasons best known to you.

I respectfully want to convey it that I am entitled to a hearing from you, being the representative of under purview of your department. a school which comes.

Kindly allow me to be straight as I am deeply pained by your behavior. You happen to be in a public office being paid out of government treasury. You are obliged by virtue of your chair to sort out issues related to your department.

You may reject an application giving a valid written reason but refusing a personal hearing is not an option.

I believe you had some immediate urgency and this might have been a miscommunication by your secretary.

Kindly grant me an opportunity to meet you in near future on a date convenient to you.

Regards

Tapesh Jha

Principal
