Urgent Maintenance Required for Defective CCTV Cameras.
Dear Mr. Sushil,
I am writing to formally express my concern regarding the CCTV cameras supplied by your esteemed company last year. While we initially chose Brainwave Technologies for its reputed service and quality products, it is with regret that I must bring to your attention several issues that have since arisen.
We procured 50 CCTV cameras from your company , with full payment made via Cheque No. 467653 dated 6th July 2014, in favor of Brainwave Technologies Pvt Ltd. Unfortunately, the experience post-installation has been far from satisfactory.
Shortly after installation, we began encountering persistent problems with the cameras. Specifically:
1. Several units have ceased functioning entirely.
2. Six cameras provide poor image resolution, rendering them ineffective for security purposes.
3. A number of cameras are incorrectly mounted, failing to cover the intended areas under surveillance.
Upon bringing these concerns to the attention of your technical team, we were informed that the issues stem from the length of the cables, which allegedly weakens the signal.
I must express my dissatisfaction with such an explanation, as it does not mitigate the fundamental failure of the equipment to meet our operational needs.
Despite numerous attempts by our technical staff to resolve these matters through your customer care service, we have yet to receive a satisfactory response or solution. This prolonged inaction has led us to question the reliability and service commitment of your company.
Given that Brainwave Technologies is contractually and ethically obligated to provide after-sales support, I request a written explanation of your company's stance on this matter and the steps you intend to take to address our concerns.
Please consider this matter as one of urgency. Should I not receive a satisfactory response within the next seven days, I will be compelled to escalate the issue by filing a formal complaint with the consumer forum and seeking appropriate compensation for the deficiency in service.
Enclosed with the letters are copies of our previous correspondence, along with the detailed records of our telephonic conversations with your customer care team.
I trust that you will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and look forward to your prompt resolution.
