Ref: Your notice No. HR/SCST/201X/212

Dear Sir

This has reference to your notice No. HR/SCST/2015/212 dated 24th January 20XX. I am replying to your leter categorically.

Mr Sita Ram has been working on the post of peon for the last ten months. It was found that he did not carry out assigned duty and would often refuse to obey teachers.

I tried my best to persuade him to comply with his duties a number of times and also warned him against insubordination. I am told his brother works in the District Courts and he behaved out of over confidence.

Finally he was terminated with one month's salary which he refused to receive. He was on probation and it was within our right to terminate his services.

Now he has appealed to your good office complaining of caste discrimination and racial remarks. That is absolutely malicious and mischievous.

Such allegations are baseless and may I invite him to substantiate with evidence. This is misuse of the provisions of law and harassment to our institution in order to secure his job by coercion.

In fact, I never knew his caste. credentials of our employees. discrimination does not arise. Neither do we get to anybody's the caste Innova recruitment process. The question of discrimination is baseless.

I invite the commission members to visit our school to find out the facts. If the allegations are found baseless, I wish, the Commission penalises him suitably for lodging an invalid complaint

Sincerely

Pradeep Naswa
