Academic Coordinator, your primary duties will include overseeing the curriculum delivery across all grade levels, ensuring that teaching standards are consistently high, and supporting faculty development.

You will also be responsible for coordinating between the teaching staff and the school administration, conducting regular assessments of educational practices, and implementing new initiatives that align with the school’s vision and goals. Your role will be crucial in fostering an environment conducive to both teaching and learning.

The working hours for this position are from 8:00 am to 3:00 pm daily. This position is offered to you subject to the receipt of satisfactory references and the completion of all necessary pre-employment checks. Additionally, there will be a probationary period of one year, which may be extended to two years, during which your performance will be thoroughly reviewed.

Your remuneration will be as discussed during the interview, reflecting your qualifications and the responsibilities you will undertake. As this is a permanent position, you will be entitled to all staff benefits as per the school’s policies. You will officially commence your duties on the 1st of April, 20XX.

You will also be entitled to 11 days of paid leave annually, in addition to the gazetted and restricted holidays listed in our school calendar. The holiday year is observed from January 1st to December 31st.
