The issue of Loss of Notebooks During Examinations.

Dear Students and Parents,

It has come to our attention  that there have been numerous complaints from students about the loss of notebooks, especially during examination periods. This issue is causing significant concern as the lost of notebooks generally belong to students who are good at studies and regular in their homework.

We understand the importance of these notebooks in your academic journey and strongly advise all students to take extra care of their belongings.

Here are a few recommendations to prevent further losses:

1. Label Your Notebooks: Ensure your name, class, and section are clearly written on each notebook.

2. Secure Your Belongings: Keep your notebooks in your locker or school bag when not in use.

3. Be Vigilant: Report any suspicious activity in your class teacher and school administration immediately.

4. Buddy System: Partner with a classmate to keep an eye on each other's belongings.

At the same time, it must be noted that any student who is found responsible for stealing the notebook of any other student will face stiff disciplinary action. This may include, but is not limited to, suspension , mention in the report card, or other appropriate measures as deemed necessary by the school administration.

Parents are also requested to speak with their children about the importance of respecting other's property and the consequences of the theft.

We urge to all students to be vigilant and responsible to ensure a safe and respectful learning environment for everyone.
