Dear Sir

I feel I must apologize to you personally for speaking so sharply in the meeting. I should have avoided personal comments.

I know how hurting it can be to work hard for a cause and then have it misrepresented to those who will benefit most from it. The misunderstanding came when I heard your comments and made a negative opinion based on it without first directly talking to you.

I must recognise your long experience and learning in various capacity. I believe you have a big enough heart to take the shock and accept my apology as what happened cannot be retracted.

Kindly continue to guide me as such candid statements as made by you help me in introspection and correct myself in future.

Keep your blessings and advice as ever as this will serve to enrich my service experience.

As a token of acceptance of my apology I am sure we will soon be meeting to have a cup of tea together.

Regards

K S Sethi

Principal
