Letter of request to the Police Commissioner for permission to conduct Roadshow

Respected Sir,

I am pleased to inform you that Satluj Public School is set to inaugurate its new branch in Sector 102, Panchkula, commencing operations from April 20XX. We already have well established schools in Ambala and Gurugram bearing the Nobel fame legacy of Rabindranath Tagore.

To celebrate this milestone, we propose to organize a Roadshow on Sunday, 9th March 20XX, covering key locations and wide roads in the surrounding areas.

The Roadshow will feature dance performances, a vehicle-mounted tableau, a convoy of our school buses, a road march, and street plays. The aim is to create awareness among the local community about the new educational opportunity and generate enthusiasm for this educational institution.

We have meticulously planned for the safety and convenience of all participants and the public. We have arranged for two ambulances and a fire tenders to be on standby, as well as en route refreshments, drinking water, and mobile toilets to ensure the comfort of everyone involved.

In light of the above, I respectfully request your kind permission to conduct this Roadshow on the proposed date.

Additionally, I seek your authorization to keep half of the road clear for the procession between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM to ensure smooth movement and minimize disruption to regular traffic. The proposed route map is enclosed herewith for your review.

We would also appreciate any additional guidance or requirements you may have to ensure the event's success while maintaining public order and safety.

Your prompt and favourable response to this request will be greatly appreciated, and we stand prepared to provide any further information or comply with any conditions you may deem necessary.
