Circular: Field Trip to Pilkhuwa Handloom Industry (Class VI)

Dear Parents,

1. As a part of the Formative Activity Education Policy, Science and Technology for Class VI, the school has organized a field trip to Pilkhuwa Handloom Industry, Ghaziabad on 31 Aug 20XX (Saturday). The timings for the trip are 07.50 a.m. to 02.20 p.m.

2. On their return from the industry, the children of Class VI are required to attempt worksheet based on their experiences and educational narratives in the classroom. This activity will help reinforce their learning and provide practical insights into the handloom industry.

3. The students will be escorted by the school staff, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the trip. Parents are requested to drop and pick up their wards as per the school timings. Wearing of the identify Card with the School Uniform is mandatory for all students.

4. Please ensure that your child carries a packed lunch and water bottle for the trip. Additionally, students should wear comfortable shoes and carry any necessary personal items such as a hat or sunscreen.

5. Please fill in the consent form below and submit the same latest by 31 Aug 20XX by 08.00 A.M. to the concerned class teachers. Failing to do so, the child will not allowed to undertake the field trip.
