Warning for failure to follow procedures

This memo addresses a concerning oversight by Mr. Deepak Singh, Class In-Charge of VI A at Meri Vidya Oceanic School, regarding the prolonged absence of a student, Abhishek, son of Lal Singh. It has been noted that Abhishek has been absent since 4th May 20XX, and there has been no communication from you to either inform me of this absence or to engage with the parents to determine the reasons behind it and initiate appropriate follow-up actions.

According to our school policy, if a student is absent without notice for three consecutive days, an absence notice must be sent to the parents. Furthermore, if the absence extends to six days without a valid reason, the student's name should be struck off the rolls.
