The Chairman CBSE, Preet Vihar New Delhi

Sir

I thank you for starting the link 'Interact with Chairman' on the CBSE website. I have posted a few mails there but they are not answered. I believe this is SO because of the new arrangement and you will be able to deploy staff to answer received mails through this link.

Secondly, CBSE circulars are posted on its website and compliance is date bound. Sometimes the time given is too less. We remotely located School where internet connectivity is not constant.

Even when internet works, certain issues related to uploading of data arise. When we send mails to the regional office, they are not promptly replied. Phone calls are less often replied. Even if they are attended, it seems the person on line does not have the answer. We are locked into a difficult situation during such moments.

I think this happens because of limited staff for 30,000 plus schools. I think setting up a dedicated call centre is an urgent need. This will resolve many issues faced by the schools, parents and students.

I hope you will instruct the regional office staff to promptly reply to important mails.

Regards

B Hussain

Principal
