Further to our recent discussion regarding the troubling incident involving your child, wherein he exhibited violent behavior towards other students, I regret to inform you that I had no choice but to initiate a formal enquiry to thoroughly investigate the matter.

After careful consideration, it has been determined that your child, [Child's Name], has deliberately breached the established norms of conduct expected within our school community.

In light of these findings, it is with a heavy heart that I must inform you of the decision to suspend your child from school for a period of one weeks, effective immediately. During this time, we kindly request you do not send him to the school, allowing for a reflective period that we hope will lead to a more positive approach in the future.

This course of action has been taken lightly, and sincerely hope that, with your support, your child will understand the gravity of his actions and the importance of adhering to the standards of behavior that we uphold at Meri Vidya Public School.
