Circular: Educational Trip to the Doll Museum

Class: I & II

Dear Parents,

Like foster curiosity and introduce our young learners to the enchanting world of dolls, the school has organized an educational trip to Shankar's International Museum at Nehru House, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, Delhi, on X Aug 20XX (Saturday).

The Dolls Museum is one of New Delhi's most renowned attractions, housing a vast collection of around 7,000 dolls from nearly 85 countries, making it a true international treasure.

To make this visit even more special, students will be encouraged to write a short poem (6 to 8 lines) on the theme 'My Fantasy World'. The best poem will be featured in our Primary School Newsletter, with the winning child's name.

The Students will be accompanied by school staff throughout the trip. We request parents to drop off and pick up their children at usual school timings. Please ensure your ward wears their school Uniform and Identity Card.

Kindly fill out attached consent form and submit it to the respective class teachers.

Note: A live location will be shared with parents via a dedicated WhatsApp group during the travel time.
