Urgent Attention Required for Maintenance of CCTV System.

Dear Mr. Sushil,

I wish to draw your attention, once again, to our ongoing issues with the CCTV systems installed at our school. I refer to my previous letters dated 5th February 20XX and 6th March 20XX, as well as our telephonic conversation regarding this matter.

I must express my disappointment that despite repeated communications, the matter remains unresolved. The system has not been functioning as expected, and the service your company has provided thus far does not align with the assurances made during initial demonstrations by your executive team.

This persistent negligence is causing significant inconvenience, compromising the safety and security of our school environment, which is of paramount importance. I must impress upon you the urgency of this situation.

I am compelled to inform you that if the defective equipment is not replaced and the system is not responded to full functionality within the next seven days, we will have no alternative but to explore legal avenues. This may include seeking compensation for the deficiency in services provided.

I trust you will give this matter the immediate attention it deserves to avoid further escalation.
