Appeal to the parents for help in the Natural calamity

Dear Parents,

As you are aware, the recent devastation in [place] has caused immense loss of life and property, leaving countless people in dire need of assistance. In light of this, our school has decided to contribute in any way we can.

The scale of destruction is beyond words, and it is our moral duty to extend a helping hand.

We earnestly appeal to you to participate generously in a monetary collection drive organized by our school. Your son/daughter is requested to submit their contribution to the class teacher by 5th May 20XX.

May I request you to make a minimum contribution of ₹100. The total amount collected will be sent directly to the Prime Minister’s National Relief Fund. For the sake of transparency, a photo of the demand draft will be shared with you via WhatsApp.
