Dear Sir

This has reference to your legal notice sent to us through advocate Sinha for release of payment.

This has come as a surprise to me. Actually it is us who should be sending you a legal notice for failure to provide service promised in the service agreement.

Our IT department has been apprising you of problems occurring in your systems but most often a tendency to postpone the issue is observed. This has rendered your service a disservice to us.

Finally we decided to stop payment to draw your attention towards the problems but I am sorry to say either your staff is incompetent or you have expanded yourself beyond means.

Your notice is uncalled for and deserves a suit in the consumer forum. The payment is for uninterrupted service and not because it is scheduled.

A legal notice doesn't entitle you for undeserved payment. Law is there for protecting justified rights and is not an instrument of scare and coercion.

I therefore, advise you to withdraw the notice immediately. Thereafter you can send your staff to repair malfunctioning systems and collect the payment when it has been done to our satisfaction.

Sincerely,

Sayani Mathur

Principal
